REFUND POLICY

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

• Damages and issues
  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong or missing item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Change of mind
  We are unable to accept returns, requests for cancellation or exchange due to change of mind. 

• Exceptions / non-returnable items or orders
  Personalized orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on sale items, discounted orders, or gift cards.

• Return to sender, shipping delays and force majeure
  Orders affected by shipping delay, transit/delivery failure are not entitled for cancellation or any form refund. Should the selected courier failed to deliver the order, we will expedite and reship the order through a different courier. 

• Refunds to a different item with the same value
  If return request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with item of the same value as the product returned.

• Refunds to Bank
  Refund to the bank will be the last resort if the product under warranty (10 days from the date of purchase) is defective, can no longer be repaired or exchanged at the time the request is being processed. Refund to your original payment method may take 7 to 45 business days depends on your bank policies and processing time.
